We are pleased to introduce the newest team member at the Carter Group Sarah Ivanov. Sara is currently studying Economics at QUT and has a keen interest in the finance industry. Her role in the Carter Group is to facilitate our online risk applications and client data forms.
The year is almost gone, diaries are starting to get booked up with Christmas functions, you may be planning the Christmas break already – perhaps some time at the beach, maybe an overseas holiday. Not only is this an exciting and joyous time of the year but it is also probably our most dangerous time of the year. More celebrating means more drink-drivers on our roads. More pressure to get everything done before the year’s end leads to higher levels of stress & anxiety, common causes of heart attacks and strokes. Make sure you visit us to check your insurances and Wills before you set off on your Christmas break. Call us to make a time to pop in. We are open until the 21st December.

Our new staff
When you visit our office at West End you will notice a few new smiling faces. Jen Masina will greet you at reception and will make you a nice cup of tea or coffee. Caitlan Richardson has been appointed to assist Samantha with our office administration and claims management. Zoe Jeffrey is working hard on all of our e-communications, so she is busy updating our website, Facebook and Twitter pages. And finally, Charlie Ball is working part-time as an office assistance whilst he is studying his Bachelor of Science (Psychology). Peter & Satvir have told Charlie to do his thesis on his old man, but there is probably too much material there!!!

Craig Ball’s recent Road Show
Hi everybody, and welcome to the first blog for The Carter Group. I have just returned from a quick trip to all of the capital cities where I was asked by Professional Investment Services to show other risk advisers, financial planners and accountants some of the services that we provide our clients. There was particular interest in our Estate Facilitation Service and many attendees were amazed at the detail that we go into when structuring our client’s estates. You can view snippets of these presentations on our website or look out for them on YouTube.
